Founder, Beyond the Battlefield
Erich Phillips is a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer from the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) with over 22 years of global operational experience. He has led elite Special Forces teams through some of the world's most complex and high-risk missions — and since retiring, has continued operating in demanding environments as an Executive Protection specialist, F3EA Site Lead in Belize, and Contract Manager for Delta Fuego Global in Northeast Africa.
A recipient of both the Distinguished Service Cross and the Silver Star — the nation's second and third highest military decorations for valor — Erich brings a depth of real-world operational experience that no classroom can replicate.
